My Approach
I believe there is already so much wisdom within us. My role is to create the space for it to come forth and be heard.
I listen deeply, and I ask questions from a place of genuine curiosity.
My own experiences—including my struggles with anxiety, my relationship with music, and the profound physical and emotional demands of motherhood—have taught me that sometimes what we need most is for someone to be present enough to help us hear ourselves.
That is the space I hope to create.
Through voice, breath, music, story, and deep listening I invite people into a more intimate relationship with themselves- a place where they can slow down, become present, and begin to notice what their own body and voice are communicating.
I believe it all begins with becoming quiet enough to hear who we already are.
